A softer way to explore personality

MilkyType is a free personality test with 32 questions and 16 yellow animal characters. It requires no account and is intended for entertainment and personal reflection.

How to answer

For each question, choose a number from 1 to 5 between two preferences. A 1 leans fully toward the left; a 3 is neutral; a 5 leans fully toward the right. Follow your first instinct. There are no good or bad answers.

Four dimensions

The questions explore energy (E/I), information (S/N), decisions (F/T), and lifestyle (J/P). Each dimension has eight questions, for a score between 8 and 40. A score above 24 selects the right-hand letter. Otherwise, including a tie at 24, it selects the left-hand letter. In the decision dimension, low scores indicate F and high scores indicate T.

Percentages describe where your answers fall on that scale. They are not probabilities or a measure of diagnostic certainty. Near 50% means you may relate to both sides. A character profile is a playful interpretation, never a limit on who you can be.
